Quintella has been licensed since November 2006 for 14 years. She takes pride in providing quality services to sellers and buyers. Prior to joining eXp Realty, she worked for Ward's Realty and Better Homes and Gardens. In June 2020, Quintella joined eXp Realty because if its advanced practices in real estate, technology cloud based brokerage, fast forward thinking business strategies for realtors,  but most importantly the tools that help sellers and buyers.

Quintella has a B.S. in Business Management, Legal Assistant/Paralegal Certificate and prior to becoming a real estate agent was in the legal field for 25 years. She’s a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Certified Divorce Real Estate Specialist, and Certified REO and Short Sales agent. Her niche areas are probate sales, successor trustee sales, inherited home sales, divorcing homeowners, bankruptcy sales, vacant homes, and investors/fixer uppers and rehab. Quintella also does light commercial transactions: multi-family homes duplexes, quadruplexes, triplexes and 5-unit apartment complexes.
